The DigiDesk platform was conceived in 2014 to provide innovative contact centre software. The aim was to provide a full contact management solution across voice, email, chat and social media channels, with a consistent level of MI (Management Information) and agent experience, across channel.

The key to DigiDesk’s success has been consistency; no matter which contact channel a customer chooses to contact an organisation, our advanced Agent Workplace enables agents to engage and manage customer enquiries consistently and effectively, across all contact channels.

Due to the growth of DigiDesk, we formed a partnership with Citrus Telecom in 2015 to provide a secure, reliable and scalable architecture that can support thousands of seats. We now have clients across the UK, offering powerful contact management solutions to small, medium and large contact centres.

The DigiDesk platform is available direct, but we also have a number of channel partners delivering our innovative DigiDesk, Social and CSAT solutions to third party clients.
