The DigiDesk platform was launched in 2014 with the aim of revolutionising contact centre software, by offering an entirely new approach, look and feel. DigiDesk provides a full contact management solution, across voice and digital channels, with an integrated CSAT solution.

The Key To Our Success

Consistency, across channel and agent experience! No matter which contact channel a customer chooses to contact an organisation, DigiDesk provides a consistent set of MI (Management Information) and a consistent UI (User Interface) for agents to engage.

Introduction of WhatsApp for Business

In 2023, we added a new integration for WhatsApp allowing DigiDesk customers to manage WhatsApp for Business messages effectively at scale.

Introduction of AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Through 2024, we added an integration with OpenAI’s Chat GPT Enterprise service to introduce AI-powered Speech Analytics and DigiDesk Bots.
