The DigiDesk platform was launched in 2014 with the aim of revolutionising contact centre software, by offering an entirely new approach, look and feel. DigiDesk provides a full contact management solution, across voice, email, chat and social media channels, with an integrated CSAT solution.

The key to DigiDesk’s success has been consistency, across channel and agent experience. No matter which contact channel a customer chooses to contact an organisation, DigiDesk provides a consistent set of MI (Management Information) and a consistent UI (User Interface) for agents to engage.

Due to the growth of DigiDesk seats, we revolutionised the infrastructure in 2015 to provide a secure, reliable and scalable architecture to expand the solution across the UK. We now have a wide range of clients, offering powerful contact management solutions, to small, medium and large contact centres.

Citrus Telecom offers DigiDesk solutions direct. But, we also have a growing number of channel partners selling DigiDesk solutions to third party clients. We have a comprehensive partner programme, offering compelling rates, full platform training and proactive pre / post sales support.
