Our integration with Trustpilot allows us to pull in both Service and Product reviews for any Trustpilot account. The DigiDesk platform does have a range of automated workflow, which allows clients to automatically reply to specific types of review. For example, we can auto reply to a 5 star review with a ‘thank you for the leaving a positive review’. Other workflows are available.

Scheduled Reporting

We have a range of analysis reports, available online, as PDF or as CSV. As with external wallboards, reports can have your own logo and branding. All reports can be scheduled to deliver to your client’s email address on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis.
