Over the past few months, we have had a number of clients enquire about introducing WCAG 2.1 compliant CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) surveys. When you consider how important aesthetics are to DigiDesk surveys, this was quite a challenge.
However, we fully understand the necessity to consider the needs of disabled users and have now created an accessible ‘theme’ to cater for those needs. Our new accessible theme supports the following accessible features:
New 'Accessibility' Features
- Introduction of a heading structure / hierarchy
- Compatible with widely used screen readers
- All interactive elements keyboard accessible
- Increased content to page ratio / clear colour contrast
- All left aligned / minimum font size 14 / bold fonts etc
Full Support For Existing Question Types
Our new accessible theme supports all of our existing question types, from CSAT, CES and NPS questions, to multiple choice and mid survey comments. We already have accessible surveys ‘live’, across a number of our clients.
