Multilingual Customer Satisfaction Surveys
DigiDesk now supports multi-lingual CSAT campaigns across over 100 languages. We can help you create multiple campaigns, across voice and digital channels, for countries and languages across Europe and the World. Each campaign can be tailored for each country and language, with all customer scores and comments feeding into DigiDesk.
All verbatim comments can automatically be translated into English to provide consistent (English) comments to populate sentiment analysis and text analytics. Each comment will display in English, with an interactive ‘flag’ icon used to switch between English and the native text. Perfect for an English-speaking client to easily monitor ‘all’ campaigns!
The auto-translation function is set at the user level. So, all English-speaking users can review CSAT scores and comments in English. But, if the user would prefer to have a default of native text, that can also be configured for the user and specific real-time wallboards.
Real-time multilingual wallboards
This example shows verbatim comments across French, Spanish, German and English. But all comments are automatically translated into English. This means we get an accurate Sentiment calculation across all languages. And we get to monitor trending keywords and topics, across all multi-lingual campaigns, via a single wallboard view.
User-level translation options
Depending on the brand and client, we can set up the multi-lingual translation for CSAT campaigns at user level. This means that if the client and users are predominantly English-speaking, DigiDesk can be configured to display the English translation per agent whereas, if certain users are, for – example – French, German or Italian, we have the potential to keep showing foreign comments in their native language.
