Launch the example surveys to view our beautifully designed Midnight and Daybreak skins. We’ve included a numerical 1-10 scoring scale, used to capture Agent Performance, CSAT, NPS and other key metrics. A multiple choice question, measuring CES on a 1-7 scale – with conditional logic – to capture lower-level contextual feedback for low scores, plus many more interactive example questions for you to explore. The Daybreak survey also features a ‘contact capture’ form, perfect for on-site or face-to-face survey opportunities.
